North Wales Fire and Rescue Service Website Re-Design
User Experience • User Interface and Interaction
The website was about 7 years old and not conveniently accessible for multiple devices or users. There were also a lot of users contacting the North Wales Fire & Rescue Service alerting them to the fact that the user journey was confusing and the site was difficult to navigate for those with disabilities.
The brief was to evaluate all aspects of the website - user journey, user interface and interaction and offer solutions to correct issues with all of the above.
