It was also be seen on Discovery Channel and FIVER. The brief was to illustrate the anxious preparations of someone expecting a potential boss's arrival. A male and female character were developed, but after several meetings the lady was dropped for being a little too racy. This concept and composition came to me whilst listening to this song and I decided that I wanted to combine a mixture of traditional and modern art to create my t-shirt design. My initial vision was to turn the music into something visual. So I took the lyrics, “If I lie with you long enough, I can see the things I’m dreamin’ of” and I imagined what the song would look like. I wanted to capture Kylie in a style that is reminiscent of Renaissance art, using a strong contrast in tones within her face and also using a pose that has equal amounts of softness and drama. I feel this also creates a sense of movement on the t-shirt. This theme of movement is also exaggerated by the jewel like pattern that envelopes Kylie, acting almost like an aura or a feeling.
